Explore the stunning views of the Wild West! Flying through Cedar and Rattlesnake Mountains will lead way to the sparkling Buffalo Bill Dam & Reservoir at the mouth of the North Fork Valley of the Shoshone River. Mystifying geological formations make themselves known as we descend into Sunlight Basin. Then, overflying the world famous Chief Joseph Highway and Dead Indian Pass, views of Heart Mountain will conclude the journey as we return to Cody.

With over 120,000 acres to explore, this trip is the epitome of the American West. This route leads to the home of wild mustangs that have inhabited the area for over a century. Before continuing back to Cody country, you’ll see Horseshoe Bend and cross the Pryor Mountains, and hopefully see the animals that call these mountains home.

Experience the full beauty of The Bitterroot as we follow the river south to West Fork, climb up and over Trapper Peak, and then turn north along the Idaho side of the range. Enjoy an up-close look at the remote mountain lakes and the distinct geologic features that make the Bitterroot unique. As we descend back to Hamilton, take in stunning views of Blodgett Canyon.
